Mike Kriewald
Mike is the managing partner of Northwoods Medicare and Health Solutions, bringing nearly two decades of experience in the insurance industry. He began his career in 2006, specializing in health insurance, and has since expanded his expertise to include property, casualty, life, and group coverage. Mike is committed to carrying forward the trusted legacy of Schmitz Insurance, helping individuals and families protect what matters most. His approach is rooted in integrity and service, making sure every client feels confident in their coverage.
Chad Lashua
Chad was born and raised in Neenah, WI, graduated from Neenah High School, attended Northcentral Technical College, Upper Iowa University, and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, then studied business at Western Governors University, receiving his MBA in 2020. He Joined Northwoods Medicare and Health Solutions as a partner in 2025. Chad is committed to providing customized insurance solutions that meet each client’s unique needs. He believes in fairness, transparency, and educating clients to make confident coverage decisions.
Chad is also deeply connected to his community. He is a 4H volunteer, helping youth discover and explore. Over the years, he has built lasting relationships with clients across Northcentral Wisconsin, believing that strong communities are built through service, trust, and personal attention.
